為充分發揮PTFE油封的優異性能與耐用性，并避免安裝不當導致密封件受損，軸的密封面與密封件溝槽必須有適當的加工。安裝時，聚四氟乙烯密封唇必須向壓力側。

■軸表面硬度≧40HRC（潤滑不良或高速運轉的場合≧58HRC)
